Week of October 4
October is here and fall brings new flavors to the table. I’m super excited about the return of my favorite Honeycrisp apple and I’m featuring it in Monday’s salad. I can’t get enough of this juicy and slightly tart organic treasure from Washington. It’s not quite cool out, but I think everyone can enjoy a hearty bowl of soup to go with it.
Monday Oct. 4: Vegetable Tortilla Soup with ancho chili. Grilled Chicken breast over Frisee & Arugula Salad with honeycrisp apple, walnut, white cheddar and white wine vinaigrette.
Thursday October 8: Indian Masala marinated grilled Wild Salmon with cilantro chutney. Couscous Pilaf with Almonds. Grilled Cauliflower and Broccoli.
ORDER by email by Sunday PM October 4th. Menus available for pick up 3-5 PM at 1208 w. 4th street. $20 per person plus tax.
