Farmers Market finds = Soup & Salad on Tuesday

Farmers market finds and a hint of fall weather inspire this soup & salad menu for Tuesday Sept. 28.

Sweet Potato, Apple & Chipotle Soup with pumpkin seed-cilantro relish.  Salad of roasted beet, crisp pear, feta cheese, agave lime dressing. Quesadilla with shredded chicken breast, poblano pepper, and jack cheese. 

Menu is $25.00 per person and will be  ready for pick up 2:30-5:00 PM.  Please order by Monday, noon.

Chicken pesto penne Thursday!

Ready on Thursday 9/23:  Chicken Pesto Penne Pasta with rosemary bread crumb topping.  Romaine Salad with local tomato, baked parmesan chips and lemon parmesan dressing.  9 inch round casserole dish and salad to feed four. $60 plus tax.

Dinner Wednesday & Game Day Menu

Have help with Humpday dinner this week, and order a few snacks for game watching over the weekend!

Wednesday September 15:  Grilled King Salmon with Caper Parsley Gremolata.  Gold Potato & Portobello Mushroom Galette with olive oil & herbs.  Red Leaf Salad with red grapes, candied pecan, blue cheese, shallot vinaigrette.  $25.

Game  Day Menu, ready for pick up Friday afternoon or Saturday Morning. 

Beef Tenderloin with cocktail rolls & spreads.  Pulled Pork Tacos.  Ham Salad with Baguette.  Orzo Pasta Salad with grape tomato, grilled zucchini, crispy Proscuitto, Asiago cheese.  Mini Pizzas. Greek Salad.   Please email for a quote.

Order Tuesday for Wednesday dinner and by Wednesday for the weekend.

Don’t Labor over dinner this week- menus ready Tuesday & Thursday!

Hand picked ingredients from the farmer’s market this week – mushrooms, tomatoes and gold potatoes with seafood on Tuesday and a satisfying southern comfort menu on Thursday!

Tuesday September 7:  Cornmeal dusted Tilapia with oven roasted local grape tomatoes and white wine.  Scalloped Gold Potato with local Portobello and oyster mushrooms topped with Pecorino Cheese.  Grilled Broccolini with Lemon.  $24 per person.

 Thursday, September 9:  Pulled Pork in Broth with Spicy Slaw.  Twice Baked Potato with Cheddar Cheese.  Local Green Beans and Yellow Squash with Texas Sweet onion.  $20 per person.

Please place your orders by Tuesday 8 AM.  Orders ready for pick up between 3:00 and 5:00 PM.
