Monday 1/31: All Natural Chicken breast with rosemary panko crust, pan-fried with organic Milk Gravy. Gold Mashed Potatoes. Local Baby Brussels sprouts with red onion. $25 per person
Tuesday 2/1: Pepita and Parmesan crusted Tilapia. Italian vegetable stew with chickpeas, local butternut squash, chard, carrots. Red Leaf Salad with radish, pine nuts, local honey & dijon dressing. $25 per person
Friday 2/4: Chicken Pesto Penne Pasta with parmesan bread crumb topping. $30- 9″ round; $60- lasagna size pan (feeds atleast 8).
Please order by Sunday PM, 1/30. Meals ready after 3:00 pm.
