Menus galore- great local veggies and casserole stock up.

Plenty of Meals to choose from this week!  Dinners Monday & Tuesday and a freezeable Pasta ready on Friday~

Monday 1/31:  All Natural Chicken breast with rosemary panko crust, pan-fried with organic Milk Gravy.  Gold Mashed Potatoes.  Local Baby Brussels sprouts with red onion.  $25 per person

Tuesday 2/1: Pepita and Parmesan crusted Tilapia.  Italian vegetable stew with chickpeas, local butternut squash, chard, carrots.  Red Leaf Salad with radish, pine nuts, local honey & dijon dressing.  $25 per person

Friday 2/4:  Chicken Pesto Penne Pasta with parmesan bread crumb topping.  $30- 9″ round; $60- lasagna size pan (feeds atleast 8).

Please order by Sunday PM, 1/30.  Meals ready after 3:00 pm.

Start your week right — Dinner on Monday

Dinner this week– you  have to see this beautiful green cauliflower! 

Monday 1/24: Cumin Grilled Pork Tenderloin with fresh Cilantro Pumpkin seed sauce.  Roasted Local New potatoes with olive oil & grilled red onion.  Caramelized Romanesco Cauliflower with garlic slivers, dried cherries & balsamic.

Ready for pick up 3;30-6:00.  $25/per person.  Please order by Sunday PM

Shrimp Taco Tuesday!

The bounty from local Springdale Farm and sweet Gulf Shrimp make a fun menu this week:  Cornmeal dusted Shrimp with corn tortillas, cabbage & radish slaw, and cilantro cream.  A hearty Salad rounds out the menu with roasted beets, red leaf lettuce, valley grapefruit & avocado, toasted pecan and honey lime dressing.

$25 per person.  Pick up on Tuesday 1/18 after 3:00.  Order by Monday PM.

Comfort food for a cold week

How about a batch of Beef Stew to warm you up?  It’s ready on Thursday afternoon and will be good for the weekend too.  It’s braised with red wine, served with noodles and a winter salad.  Add a bottle of wine and you’re all set.

MENU:  Beef Burgundy with buttered Egg Noodles.  Local lettuces with red wine poached pear, candied Texas pecan, sherry vinaigrette and Brie crouton.  $20 per person.

Order by Wednesday noon.  Enjoy the winter weather!

I’m back in the kitchen and ready to provide freshly prepared meals for you in the new year. 

Dinner Menu for Tuesday 1/4:  Grilled Wild Coho Salmon.  Vegetable Lentil stew with local Spinach & butternut squash and crimini mushrooms.  Butter lettuce with Valley Grapefruit & Avocados, honey Lime dressing.

$24.00 per person.  Order Monday for Tuesday pick up or delivery.  Available for pick up after 1:00.  1208 W. 4th street.
