Bring home Dinner this week!

I’m preparing dinners on Monday & Wednesday this week featuring big center cut Pork chops from happy local pigs and Texas redfish.  Order by Sunday PM and menus are ready for pick up 3:30-5:00. 

Monday 2/21:  Pan-seared Richardson Farms Center cut Pork Chop with Milk Gravy and Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes.  Braised Springdale Farm Red Cabbage with Bacon.  Johnson’s Backyard roasted Beet salad with orange segments, feta cheese, Springdale lettuces and shallot vinaigrette.  $32.00 per person.

 

 Wednesday 2/23:  Semolina crusted Texas Redfish with orange chive butter sauce.  Caramelized Parsnip & roasted Johnson’s Backyard beets & carrots.  Springdale Farm Brussels Sprouts with Pancetta.  $28.00 per person.

Chef Brandy prepares an Aphrodisiac laced 4-course Dinner Menu…

Choose Appetizer, First Course, and Entrée, same choice per couple:

Appetizer:   Mini Crab Cakes with Garlic Aioli OR Grilled Crostini with Port wine infused Fig and local Goat Cheese

First course:

Local Bibb lettuce with Texas Grapefruit, Avocado, toasted Pine nut, and Honey Lime Dressing

OR

Local Red Leaf and Spinach Salad with red wine poached Pear, candied Texas Pecan, blue cheese, & Sherry Vinaigrette

Entrée:

Seared Prime Beef Filet with Red wine Jus, Creamed Artichokes and Gold Mashed Potatoes

OR

Pumpkin Seed crusted Red Snapper with Parsley Lemon Butter, White Truffle Risotto with Butternut Squash

With your choice of local market vegetable:

Grilled Broccoli OR Brussels Sprouts with Red Onion & Bacon

Dessert:  Mini Cheesecake with Vanilla whipped cream & Chocolate Covered Strawberries

 Menus will be freshly prepared on Sunday, February 13 and Monday, February 14.

Reserve yours by Friday, February 11th and specify which date. Meals may be picked up 3:00 -5:30 on Sunday or Monday. 1208 W. 4th Street (west of 5th & Lamar). Delivery Available.
