Steak Night!

This Thursday, I’m grilling beef filets rubbed with fresh garlic and ancho chili, sauced with a fresh herb puree of my home grown basil, oregano and parsley. Can’t go wrong with summertime sides:  Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, buttered fresh corn and local grown green beans with Texas sweet onion.

Order by Wednesday at noon, and it’s ready to pick up Thursday 6/2, 3pm – 6pm.  $30 per person.

Freezable Pastas-  stock up for summer trips or give as a gift.

9″ round Lean Beef Lasagna with fresh mozzarella & basil – $35.00

9″ round Chicken Pesto Penne Pasta – $30.00

Add Romaine Salad with local cherry tomato, baked parmesan chips, lemon parmesan dressing for 4.  $24.00

Order by Tuesday 5/24 noon.  Available Wednesday 5/25  2:00-6:30 pm, delivery with a fee, or pick up can be arranged for a later date.

Mid Week Dinner ~ totally Yummy

Dinner on Wednesday this week!  Halibut with farmers market vegetables.

Order by Tuesday.  $25 per person.  Pick up May 18, 3-5:30 PM, delivery $18.

Southern style dining this week

Exciting new crops seen at the market this weekend–including the first PEACHES!!

Enjoy a southern inspired menu on Tuesday~

Pulled Pork Roast and smashed Gold Potatoes (johnson’s backyard garden) with Salad of local lettuces, Lightsey Farm peaches, toasted Pecans, Pure Luck Goat cheese dressing with mint.

$25 per person, available for pick up 3:00-5:00 on Tuesday 5/10.  Order by Sunday PM.
