Steak Night!
This Thursday, I’m grilling beef filets rubbed with fresh garlic and ancho chili, sauced with a fresh herb puree of my home grown basil, oregano and parsley. Can’t go wrong with summertime sides: Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, buttered fresh corn and local grown green beans with Texas sweet onion.
Order by Wednesday at noon, and it’s ready to pick up Thursday 6/2, 3pm – 6pm. $30 per person.
