Get Down Home with Supper~

What’s growing this week has me cooking southern style.  Cornmeal crusted Pork Cutlets with Smoked Tomato Cream Gravy. Shelled Peas with Celery, Green Onion and Bacon.  Stewed Summer Squash with Tomato & Tiny Eggplant.

And some grilled Okra if you’re cool enough to like it.
