Gourmet Soups, Salads and Dressings, oh my!

We are excited to announce our new Soup & Salad dressing series for the month of February. Each week Fine Home Dining will feature a delicious soup, farmer’s market salad and one of Chef Brandy’s from scratch salad dressings.

We know it can be hard getting back into the swing of things after the weekend, so here’s a plan to ease you into the week. Meals are ready for pick up after 3pm each Monday.

Below is a preview of what’s cooking in February:

Monday 2/6: Miso with edamame & bok choy

2/13: Lentil and local made sausage with winter greens
2/20: Black bean, with avocado & corn fritters
2/27: Curried Sweet potato

1 quart of soup and plentiful salad for 2 – $35

Extra salad dressing (8 oz.) – $4

Super Bowl Sunday!

Don’t stress over your Super Bowl party! Let us help you take care of the menu and impress your guests with a gourmet spread.

Ground Sirloin chili with cheddar cheese, onion. $9/portion

Jalapeno cornbread mini muffins. $10/dozen

Superbowl Sliders, on fresh baked brioche bun.  Sliders $35/dozen
Fried Chicken with spicy sauce and cheddar cheese OR Beef Patty with swiss cheese and caramelized onion mayonnaise.

Potato Skins:  cheddar, bacon, scallion OR Broccoli sour cream  $16/dozen

Grilled Gulf Shrimp Remoulade.  $16/dozen

Bacon Chipotle Dip (1pt) with market vegetable platter.   $24

Order by thurs 2/2 for pick up at noon on superbowl Sunday!

Classic Comfort Soup

Let us help you start your week off with a comforting meal.

Classic chicken noodle soup (noodles served on the side) and a chopped market salad of savoy cabbage, butter lettuce, carrots, apple, pine nuts and  herb creme fraiche dressing.

One quart of soup, salad for two and 8 oz. of salad dressing – $34

Order by Sunday, 1/29 for pick up Monday, 1/30 after 3pm.

Monday’s Meal

Start off the week on the right foot with a hearty soup and healthy salad!

White bean soup with proscuitto, sage and tomato. Kale salad with Marcona almonds, dried cherries and manchego cheese.

Order Sunday, 1/22 for pick up after 3pm on Monday, 1/23.
