Gourmet Soups, Salads and Dressings, oh my!
We are excited to announce our new Soup & Salad dressing series for the month of February. Each week Fine Home Dining will feature a delicious soup, farmer’s market salad and one of Chef Brandy’s from scratch salad dressings.
We know it can be hard getting back into the swing of things after the weekend, so here’s a plan to ease you into the week. Meals are ready for pick up after 3pm each Monday.
Below is a preview of what’s cooking in February:
Monday 2/6: Miso with edamame & bok choy
2/13: Lentil and local made sausage with winter greens
2/20: Black bean, with avocado & corn fritters
2/27: Curried Sweet potato
1 quart of soup and plentiful salad for 2 – $35
Extra salad dressing (8 oz.) – $4
