Italian Night!

This week we’re going Italian!  That’s right… our resident Italian, Chef Yasmine, is making MEATBALLS on Thursday.  Nice and simple with a combination of locally raised beef and pork, they are small sized and finished on the grill for added deliciousness.  Served in organic tomato sauce with fresh pasta on the side and grated Pecorino cheese.  The menu is complete with a classic Caesar salad made with the truly amazing romaine growing at boggy creek farm.

Get yours for dinner on Thursday 2/23 or invite your neighbors and serve it over the weekend.  $30 per hearty portion. Order by Tuesday evening 2/21 for pick up after 3:00 on Thursday.
