Brandy Gibbs is a native Austinite who started her Personal Chef service in 1999.

A few years after receiving her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas, Brandy attended the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, studying cuisines from around the globe, and received certification from the American Culinary Federation, including coursework in Nutrition, Safety and Sanitation.

While in San Francisco, Brandy trained under French Chef Fabrice Marcon, working at the well-known Hyde Street Bistro in Russian Hill.  Brandy has also cooked at the 5-diamond Pier House Restaurant in Key West, Florida, and as Pastry Chef at Tocai in Austin.

Since 1999, Brandy has built her Personal Chef service into a full time business, providing Meals, Catering, Dinner Parties and Cooking Lessons for full and happy clients all over Austin.
