Bring Romance Home for Valentine’s Day

A 4-course Dinner Menu

To enjoy at your own pace in the comfort of your own home.

Choose Appetizer, First Course, and Entrée, same choice per couple:

Appetizer:

Fried local Chevre with pink peppercorn & lemon zest,

with toasted baguette

OR

Gulf Shrimp and Corn Fritters with ancho chili aioli

 First course:

 Bibb lettuce with Valley grapefruit, avocado,

candied pecans and honey lime dressing

OR

Roasted hothouse Tomato soup

with crispy local made pancetta and herb shortbread hearts

Entrée:

Seared coriander and black pepper crusted Beef filet with red wine sauce

Gold Mashed Potatoes

OR

Blackened Red Snapper with whole grain mustard sauce

Macaroni & 3 cheeses with truffled bread crumbs

 With your choice of local market vegetable:

Broccoli and glazed carrots with dried cherry and marcona almonds

 Brussels Sprout leaves & hearts with pickled red onion & bacon

Saturday February 11 and Tuesday, February 14.

Reserve yours by Thursday, February 9th.

Meals may be picked up after 3:00pm on your specified date.

Gourmet Soups, Salads and Dressings, oh my!

We are excited to announce our new Soup & Salad dressing series for the month of February. Each week Fine Home Dining will feature a delicious soup, farmer’s market salad and one of Chef Brandy’s from scratch salad dressings.

We know it can be hard getting back into the swing of things after the weekend, so here’s a plan to ease you into the week. Meals are ready for pick up after 3pm each Monday.

Below is a preview of what’s cooking in February:

Monday 2/6: Miso with edamame & bok choy

2/13: Lentil and local made sausage with winter greens
2/20: Black bean, with avocado & corn fritters
2/27: Curried Sweet potato

1 quart of soup and plentiful salad for 2 – $35

Super Bowl Sunday!

Don’t stress over your Super Bowl party! Let us help you take care of the menu and impress your guests with a gourmet spread.

Ground Sirloin chili with cheddar cheese, onion. $9/portion

Jalapeno cornbread mini muffins. $10/dozen

Superbowl Sliders, on fresh baked brioche bun.  Sliders $35/dozen
Fried Chicken with spicy sauce and cheddar cheese OR Beef Patty with swiss cheese and caramelized onion mayonnaise.

Potato Skins:  cheddar, bacon, scallion OR Broccoli sour cream  $16/dozen

Grilled Gulf Shrimp Remoulade.  $16/dozen

Classic Comfort Soup

Let us help you start your week off with a comforting meal.

Classic chicken noodle soup (noodles served on the side) and a chopped market salad of savoy cabbage, butter lettuce, carrots, apple, pine nuts and  herb creme fraiche dressing.

One quart of soup, salad for two and 8 oz. of salad dressing – $34

Order by Sunday, 1/29 for pick up Monday, 1/30 after 3pm.

Start off the week on the right foot with a hearty soup and healthy salad!

White bean soup with proscuitto, sage and tomato. Kale salad with Marcona almonds, dried cherries and manchego cheese.

Order Sunday, 1/22 for pick up after 3pm on Monday, 1/23.

New Year’s Party Menu

Need some help with your New Year’s Eve or day food? Pick up some appetizers or a meal for your party!

Bacon wrapped gulf shrimp – $16/dozen

Corn fritters with avocado and queso fresca – $14/dozen

Warm Cheddar Cheese Puffs – $14/dozen

Bison Chili with all the fixings – $12 per serving

Cooking Up Holiday Cheer

Celebrate the season outside of the kitchen!  Make it easy when friends drop by on Christmas Eve and your family moves in for the whole weekend!

Order by Wednesday 12/21  and we will have it ready to pick up at Noon on December 24th.  Let us know how we can cook up your holiday cheer~

Warm crostini with brie & red wine poached pear $12/doz
Local spinach & garlic stuffed Crimini mushroom $12/doz
Petite Crab Cakes with aioli $18/doz
Bacon wrapped Gulf Shrimp with pepper jack cheese $18/doz
Green Goddess Dip (1 Pint) & Farmer’s Market Vegetables (roasted potatoes, carrots, broccoli & beets).  $24.

Spinach salad with apple, pumpkin seed, Manchego, cider vinaigrette

 Entrée:

Whole roasted Choice Beef Tenderloin with horseradish cream sauce OR mushroom ragout with red wine.  Serves 8-10.  $160.
Pecan crusted Chicken breast with gravy.  $15 per serving
Grilled rosemary-black pepper pork tenderloin with roasted red onion & cherries in red wine.  $15 per serving.
Whole Roasted Wild Salmon with Dijon herb crust.  $15 per serving
