Monday is official ACL recovery but we’re back in the kitchen on Tuesday. Big juicy grass-fed Strips on the menu with local potatoes and fresh green beans. A classic Texas Grown Supper with a spicy twist.
Pan-seared Texas Grass fed NY Strip with Poblano, basil and Pumpkin Seed Pesto. Boggy Creek Potato Gratin, thinly sliced and baked with pepper jack cheese. Green beans with cumin seed, onion and butternut squash.
Pick up after 2:30 on Tuesday 9/20. $30.00 per person plus tax. Order yours by Monday at noon.
