A week of holidays is ahead at Fine Home Dining! We are preparing a traditional Passover Brisket sourced through Southern Traditions, who are bringing their grassfed beef to a store front soon. It’s braised overnight with red wine for a rich and savory dish, served with rustic smashed potatoes and a refreshing carrot salad.
On Wednesday, enjoy Halibut season with an asian spin. Sesame seeds make a crunchy crust, served with a sweet & spicy gluten free noodle dish, and luxurious hearts of palm and protein packed edamame with a zippy ginger dressing.
Monday 4/14: Brisket with red wine. Sour cream chive smashed potatoes. Steamed Asparagus. Carrot and apple salad with dijon vinaigrette. $18 / portion
Wednesday 4/16: Sesame crusted Alaskan Halibut (not previously frozen) over rice noodles with pickled radish and chili lime peanuts. Butter lettuce with hearts of palm and edamame, ginger lime dressing. $22 / portion
